So update on PDSA vets today...she is really happy with him and said he is really well. His lungs sound clear and the sound is coming more from his throat. I don't really know what that means but he has had a wet nose aswell so it could be where he is fast breathing from painful paw?
I asked her what she thought of his paw and she said the dew claws are nice and short. However when I spoke to her about the sore on his paw she hadn't looked at it [emoji53]
It is looking a lot better this morning now and Mischief is letting me look at it and gently put pressure on the sore area so we are happy it is starting to get better. We bought some antiseptic spray today to use on it as vet said we shouldn't use Sudocrem if he can get near wound and ingest it.
So on the basis of last three vets saying he is doing really well, I think he can be signed off this thread on his fast breathing issue. It is getting so long now and difficult for people to read and follow it. Obviously if there are concerns later I will start a new thread but fingers crossed he will be healthy for a long time coming!
But just wanted to say thank you all so much for everything! He would probably not be doing so well if it wasn't for all your advice and support. I will be on R.U still however if I don't post for a while sometimes it is probably due to my own health issues. I will try and give others the support that you have given me.
All our love Anita, Phil and Mischief! [emoji175][emoji175][emoji175]
Mr Chief just went into cage where we keep his food, water and litter tray and just flopped! So added a pic to finish this thread off on a happy note [emoji3] xxx
