Exactly this! I think they are rude as well and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible! They always pressure me into spending money i dont need to and make me feel like a bad owner if i don'tI do like polly a lot though.
I'm not sure if it's opposite frankie and bunny's, I think yes? It's much cheaper and they seem really nice, they gave me a tour all round when I went in. For an idea on price differences I was quoted £180 to have my dog neutered at highcroft, at £94 at The Vet!
