Are you sure? Add the first person then ; and then the next one and it should work.

Example;

Mandy ; Leanne ; Jeremy etc etc

To save the problem why can't you, as moderators, all be in visible mode and then we will know who to pm, it would make life a lot easier

I am set to invisible to prevent exactly this kind of problem. I have RU as my homepage on all my computers and my phone. Every time I open a browser it would show me as logged in even if I was looking up something at work. Then people would PM me and think I was ignoring them.

Maybe you have moddy privileges, mine explicitly says underneath the send box "you may only send pms to 1 person at a time". I'm sure I've tried to send a message to more than one person before and it won't allow me.

If you want to ask about a thread that has gone so there is no report button or about something that's not linked to a specific post, then you can use the report button on a random post - just make sure you explain the issue in the text you type in for the report so that we don't get confused why the random post has been reported
