This is becoming a trend and I find it disturbing. Surely they shouldn't be taken out of the nest so early?

Kits can be briefly handled for a very quick health check or to weigh any who appear not to be thriving. The Doe needs to be removed and distracted first, by feeding her or putting her in a run. Then rubbing your hands in her bedding before picking up a kit .But the kits should never be handled just to take photos and videos

These videos/photos are usually posted by breeders They line the tiny helpless babies up and advertise them with captions like 'available in two months'. The sales are done via DM. This is an area Instagram should regulate but it doesn't.

I do know of a couple of breeders who would never do that and who get equally enraged when they see posts from those who do.
