Bunbuns and Fluffy's Food Diary - advice welcome :)

FredW

OK, so a week ago or so I decided to cut out all pellets that my two babies had, and got rid of everything processed. Not including dried here, just as in mass produced. And loving the new food corner.. so much so I had to take a picture lol....

I know it's sad, right

Anyway, for the last week or so I have photographed each bit of food I gave them. All of this is of course based on what they are both getting, so it's not double what is in the pictures. But just wondering if anyone has any advice if anything still needs changing, or if it's good, or ... well any advice/feedback is welcome.

I put it on a pdf file as it would be easier than posting each picture separately. http://fredwinkler.co.uk/FoodDiary.pdf

Hope all makes sense, and thanks in advance already.

ps. of course due to the weather there is very little fresh forage, but during the spring and summer they usually get loads of fresh brambles, nettles, dandelion etc

edit: changed the DB link in case it caused anyone else issues looking at

I am very impressed with your food diary, it all looks great to me, though I'm no expert and your storage area is very neat and organised, fabulous!:D

Thanks :)
well I have tried to do as well as I could, though never means it's all right, but I try. And yeah my OCD came out a bit when I did the corner, couldn't help myself. I was writing a list of everything in the boxes, but then stopped as I realised it would be too difficult to keep track. ;)

their food & treats look very wholesome & natural. it looks a lovely diet. I hope it does the trick. Do you weigh them? (the bunnies)

thanks, I really hope it does the trick. yeah I weigh them every months at the moment, do it when I do their claws, so they only hate me one day not two lol. and have a spread sheet for it too. so hopefully it will work now. fingers crossed.

It looks absolutely scrummy so this will be very interesting to watch their progress. Do they eat everything you give them?

yep they sure do, well apart from the hay, I change that before it's all eaten to keep it fresh. the rest, forage, veg etc all gets eaten as soon as I put it out. I tried to not give them the treat late evening as I thought, dried fruit isn't the best, but they make a big fuss if they don't get it. but something really small is enough for them to be ok and go to sleep. :)

You wont regret it. My two babies cant get enough of that stuff. you can tell by how quickly they eat it that it all is really fresh.

Well I am such a panic pants I always think... what happened if I am too ill to get out of bed. that way my OH knows exactly how much to feed. Sad really, isn't it
