Nutmeg - 2nd September 2019

[Tuckerbunnies]

At the moment I'm a mess and so broken hearted as we lost Nutmeg early this morning with a blockage,
she didn't eat her tea last night and she can have bout's of being like this and we gave her tummy meds and pain relief and usually she is back to normal in a morning. :'( :'(

Mike slept on the sofa next to her last night and early this morning he was worried about her and dashed her to the vet's and she had a blockage but
was to weak to have survived the op.

We have now lost 3 rabbits in less than 3 weeks :'(

Nutmeg had been with us just over a year after we got a call to a rabbit that had been in someone's garden running round for a week and they couldn't catch her. Although
the owner was found and knew she was in our care they never came to collect her and so we kept her as we felt she had been dumped.
