Frank's been admitted :( U/D 07/08..He's gone..

Advice please?
Just spoken to the vet again...He's still not eating for himself, and he's apparently pretty 'flat', whatever that means...
BUT...He's pooing and weeing...
I'm going to see my vet again tonight, do I give a final cut off point, or do I keep trying?
I just don't want to be selfish and keep him living if there's little chance of him living..
