Pye has somehow figured out how to open the living room door...I don't know how he's done it but I was at the front door last night and heard the living room door jump open and his little head peered over the top of the stairs looking proper chuffed with himself!!

Looks like I'm off to get a child gate on my way home....

my identical to yours does that to - he loves it.... but he norammyl scratches so much at the door thats how he opens it

there's a little gap at the bottom of the door and he grabs hold of it and yanks really hard!! The main problem is that now he knows he can do it he is constantly trying it!!

cheeky minx. We have baby gates to help ventilation and it also means they aren't surprised when we open the door. If he's a tiny bun you'll have to use wire or something as well.

Another trick is to tie the door handle to something. We have a door that can't shut and its tied to the banister till we can fix it.
