I now have a singleton bunny, Laurel, after losing Sammy yesterday. At the moment I can't face getting and tbh can't really afford another rabbit (insurance, vacs etc) as my OH is struggling to find work this year, he works offshore and the North Sea is the quietest it has been for a long, long time. I want to keep Laurel as happy as possible by herself for the time being. She has a large hutch (5' x 2') attached to a 5'x6' run with lino flooring which then leads onto an enclosed area on grass which is approx 5'x6'. On the lino floored run we have big willow branches and chimney pots to jump over/chew and run around. There are more willow branches in the grassy run. I have a treat ball for food, she gets fresh veg everyday. I have cardboard boxes and tubes for putting hay and food in. Is there anything else I can do or give her to keep her busy and stop her from being too lonely?
