Agree you dont need something that expensive ;) It's also nice to have the house/cage on the floor so that you can - when allowing free range time - just open the door and let your rabbit(s) hop in and out at will :D

Neither of mine have liked laminate either. I got a piece of vinyl (textured, not a smooth one) and put that down. You could try that if you want to move on from the fleece.

My house rabbits have always both had supervised free range time in the garden, all year round, whilst they've been with me. In winter it tends to be mornings only because it's too cold - for me - once it's dark. The garden is small, enclosed, mostly paved/gravelled with (empty) flower bed...

No I wouldnt have a bunny spayed if I couldnt get back to the vets afterwards. Nor would I have a bunny spayed by a vet who clearly isnt happy/confident at doing the operation. As there's no particular rush to get them spayed, I would stop fretting and do it when you can :D Or there's a third...
