From the outside of this property, we can see that it is a fairly unassuming, well sized, wooden built detached hutch...
You can see that security is an important issue to these occupants, as is protection from the often harsh British weather, with the addition of a Perspex window...
As we open the doors, we enter the main living area, with it's mix of traditional pieces, such as the cast iron hay rack, and modern installments such as the cosy loft bed. The bare wooden walls have been complimented with painted floorboards and skirting boards, in keeping with the palette of soft greens, creating a calm and fresh environment...
If we take a look below the loft bed, to the left we have the entrance to the private quarters, and to the right we have the stylish dining area, complete with colour coordinated dining set...
As we open the door revealing the private quarters, we see a slightly more modern style, with the addition of this stylish, second hay dispenser, positioned over the large and practical litter tray...
So there you have it, so who does live in a hutch like this...??
Clearly no one yet as its far too neat and there's no hay or food in it
Next week we'll be back to view the properties grounds, and we will meet the new occupants as they settle into their new home
(Sorry pics have come out so BIG Hope u can all view them ok)
