Yeah we have now got him a bigger indoor cage the other day, I take it you haven't read the full thread as I've already stated that?

Zoe tried to get Smudge out of his cage today to clean out his cage, he is only about 5 months and a bit and he is as stubborn as anything, runs into his little house thing inside his indoor cage so she can't get him out!!! He also only sometimes comes out when no one is in the same room as him and his cage then screams because he didn't come out. She's left it for today as it was early afternoon after school when she tried to get him out but it ended up being early evening and still he didn't come out :lol:

Guinea pigs are naturally very timid animals and there are not many piggies that are happy to be handled and cuddled.
They do not like being picked up from directly above their heads, so your sister could try to pick him up from the side.
If the cage needs cleaning, i would remove the hidey hole and pick him up.

Yeah Zoe has started doing that a couple of days ago but then it makes a bit more room for him to run about in when she trys to pick him up but now she just blocks the door up so she can get him more quickly
