Sarah Has Acute Pneumonia -U/D Sun 16th ....and Yet Another Sick Bun :-(

Sending MASSES of vibes for all three of the poorly bunnies, Jane......and big ::hugs:: to you. xxx

((((((( VIBES )))))))

Sarah is much more comfortable after her long acting steroid. She will also remain on Baytril as the steroid will lower her immune system. I know Sarah is unlikely to be 'cured' but to see her 'feeling better' is such a relief :)

Michael is doing OK. He is slightly less Snuffly, probably due to the Depocillin that nearly finished him off !! :rolleyes: It nearly finished me off too.....

Dermot recovered from his GI episode......until the next time...:cry:

I now have a chest infection and a temperature of 103.......:cry:

* cough cough cough *

:cry:

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh, now Fred (who has a suspected Lymphoma :cry:) is showing symptoms again. He has been asymptomatic since a shot of Dexofort (LA Steroid) several weeks ago. The Lymph Node is his abdomen is enlarged again :cry:

Why do things always go wrong all at once and ALWAYS at a weekend..........

Christabel agrees that Sarah's respiratory problems may well not be bacterial and may indicate a cancer. I am thinking a Thymoma :cry:
Sarah has been given a long acting steroid in the hope that it will help her feel more comfortable. I am pretty certain Sarah wont be with us for much longer :cry::cry:

If it were cancer, then I highly recommend the black berry treatment. As you do know, Goofball has bone cancer, and 3 indepedent vets (2 of them are exotic pet rabbit savvy specialist), gave Goofball 3 - 6 mth. We have now long past that 6 mth. time frame, and Goof is happy and hopping. see photo section on Jan 2008 photos

Without spending a lot of typing to go into details, black berry really works. Read the link I posted at berryland or do a search in this forum under berryland, you'll understand why it works. I spend 1 hr. or so preparing and feeding Goofball w/ the blackberry liquid and pulp treatment every 4 hr. or so.

Sending healthy healing vibes to all your little bunsters

Yikes - what a lot to cope with at once. :shock: Really hope at least one bunny improves for you soon.
