ordinary farm hay??

a farm local to us sells huge bales of hay and straw really cheaply. mine seem to like it and i just add smaller amounts of herbal hay mix etc into it. is this hay suitable for rabbits? it seems a bit too good to be true with how cheap it is!!!

I'd check it carefully for things like mites and as long as it isn't really dusty then it should be fine.

I use farm hay and straw at the moment as a bit broke.....its good,but do check it.

Absolutely!!! Ours will eat nothing else!! If we buy them expensive hay, they just pee in it! :roll:

Farm hay is fine - I don't buy the expensive hays any more when the cheap stuff is just as tasty.
