Looking for a Rabbit Dental Specialist in Kent

For those who may have missed my update on my other thread!!

Mark just called me and said Pebbles has an enlarged heart which is pushing on his trachea and making him feel as though he has something in his throat , so he is being put on heart meds. Also a couple of minor spurs already, which he has dealt with. Also blood works show an infection...so he is keeping him overnight to see how he goes on heart medication, and once we have infection and heart under control, then we will consider removing the molars at a later date.

Also he said the roots of the teeth were elongated and pushing through jaw. My vet said x-rays showed no problem with the roots, and that there was "something around the heart" but didn't think it was related to his eating...just goes to show ...I thought my vet was pretty good but obviously it pays to see a specialist.

I heard the traffic was bad today, if I'd put two and two together i would've warned you!

The journey there wasn't so bad...I pretty much have a map memory..so the receptionist gave me instructions on how to get there going the back route (rather than through Maidstone!) and that was no problem. And the traffic getting there wasn't bad, despite the fog.

I just hadn't anticipated a road being blocked on the way back..my map memory works in reverse and once I see a sign for Ramsgate, I follow it..unfortunately I nearly followed it into bollards as a van in front of me went in same direction and stopped suddenly. When I realised exit was blocked off, I nearly crashed as the traffic coming round the roundabout was so fast

Of course, the only other signs I could see were the ones going back to Maidstone :lol:
