Unfortunately there isn't help for vet care for a rabbit. You'll have to look for a rabbit savvy vet and set up a payment plan with them. They may not be so easy to find.

There used to be places where you could get a rabbit spayed for free or for a discounted price at various charity vets such as the PDSA, RSPCA or Blue Cross but they are no longer doing it, the main focus seems to be geared towards cats and dogs.
