  • Please Note - Medical Advice

Please keep in mind that posts on this forum are from members of the public sharing personal opinions. It is not a replacement for qualified medical advice from a veterinarian. Many illnesses share similar symptoms but require different treatments. A medical exam is necessary for an accurate diagnosis, without which appropriate treatment cannot be given.

You should always consult your vet before following any suggestions for medication or treatment you have read about. The wrong treatment could make your rabbit worse or mean your vet is unable to give the correct treatment because of drug interactions. Even non prescription drugs can do harm if given inappropriately.

We are very grateful to members who take time to answer other members questions, but please do be clear in your replies that you are sharing personal experience and not giving instructions on what must be done.

Urgent Medical Advice: If you need, or think you might need, urgent medical advice you should contact a vet. If it is out of working hours phone your vet's normal number and there should be an answer phone message with instructions on what to do.

Information for website

I've almost finished my website and I'm very proud of it because it is very big. I'm up to 30 pages so far. BUT there is some information I'm having difficult finding. I've come across it before but it doesn't matter what I type into google I can't find it. I was wondering if you could help me.

I need to know...

Height range, from smallest to biggest, in australia I think that would be mini lop to british or flemish giant.

Weight range, same again.

Thanks

I never measure how tall my Flemish Giant is. I let you know.

As to their wt., my one is tiny, she's only 5 KG. My last one is 16 lb., and I have seen some at the breeder place for 20 lb.

Here's a web site on Flemish, that's where I bought my Flemish from.

http://www.flemishgiants.ca/

yep some silly person, I've deleted that. Rabbits united gets it too because I've come across some.

With the rabbit weights and heights I just need to know on average, not personally. But thanks anyway. Does anyone now any sites or anything? It doesn't matter what I type in to google it just doesn't come up. The question isn't that complicated. I bet the info I need is on thousands of sites.
