Would you recommend Megazorb for a litter tray?

I would recommend it. I've used wood pellet cat litter before but megazorb beats it on price and absorbency. I find my row sometimes flick bits of it out of their underbed storage box litter tray but it doesn't bother me as they're in a shed. If you have an enclosed litter tray or one with sides that curve over you'd be safe from that :)

I use for outside buns, but found it got trampled about in the kitchen when used it for Mimi. So biocatolet in the house. (Costs more but tiny Bun)

Yes. It's by far the most absorbant litter I've found. Although I would recommend covering it with a good layer of hay as buns will kick it around otherwise. I use it in all my litter trays for outdoor buns.

Personally I just use newspaper and clean it every morning but people above have said megazorb is good, its personal choice really :)

Yes, I used to use it for about 5 years. Unfortunately it started to smell so I switch to woodchips. I don't know if it's better now

I've never tried it. I was put off by a few people saying some of their bags smelt really bad! I always use fitch and would definitely recommend it.

Thanks for all of the replies everyone! :)

I'm currently using Back 2 Nature paper pellets which is £14-£18 per 30 litres...
Megazorb is £20ish for 85 litres!

How much does Fitch compare in terms of price?

Just trying to find a more cost effective way of masking poop, nothing fancy

Fitch is £17.49 delivered direct from their website for 20kg.
I live locally so am able to collect and it's only £7.50.

Don't know what the equivalent in litres is but the size of the bag is

21 x 26 x 13 inches and it is very tightly packed.

Used to use Megazorb for the pony, never found it dusty. I'm currently using the back to nature stuff and it's great but now that the girls have litter trained themselves post spay, I'm using quite a lot.

What is the Fitch like for absorbancy in comparison?
