    Hormonal Rabbit

Nothing to do but weathering it out. Maybe a dig box might be an idea? Digging is an inherent natural behaviour that's more or less still there in domestics. My 6yo spayed girl still digs now and then, like, a tunnel once a year, was more when young. Little compared to what intact does did...

    2 Male neutered rabbits fighting

I would definitly stop any attempts of putting them together for now. Hormones might still need some weeks to dissipate, and even without balls they are adolescents, puberty was in full swing when they got neutered. Can't tell how to proceed, never tried 2 males. It's not impossible, I've...

Where do you get your dried forage from?

Isn't dried forage just hay? I get mine from a local farmer, here those farmed single species hays are pretty much unheard of, hay is whatever grows on the meadows.

    Clay bunny bowl chipped

I would just blunt sharp edges with sandpaper and keep using it.

    Speaking their language

Some rabbits do warm up over time, others, well, not in the ways one would expect. My late Red never liked to be touched, something that fully manifested during puberty, but she was a docile, friendly, laid back girl, got along well with other rabbits, including rabid dominant ones. But me...

Is my rabbit safe to be spayed?

I had a 7yo doe accidentially get pregnant, kit got stuck, couldn't do anything about it and and when I made it to the vet with her she was in pretty bad condition. Got kits removed and spayed, I don't think the vet thought she would make it but she lived to 11 afterwards. So, can't get any...

Baby rabbit eye not opening an eye

Hm, if the eye is crusted I would dab and clean it with a sterile saline solution (boiled 2% table salt solution, or commercial product) to avoid that becoming a breeding ground for bacteria, and apply antibiotic eye drops. Haven't had that with kits but older rabbits, and got it to perfectly...

    Rabbit humping !!

Rabbits usually don't care about toys, imho most are just marketing gags, A few that are made from really tasty wood might actually see some chewing. Some rabbits like to throw stuff around or redecorate, but they don't play like cats or dogs, mine definitly couldn't care less and they are picky...

    Rabbit humping !!

If all those rabbits live together you are in for a big, numerous surprise soon. You are rather lucky that the bucks get along, well,.. unless,... Is that the doe that has kits? (my guess would be No) Are you absolutly sure of their genders? The Sex Change Fairy might have payed a visit although...

    Female Rabbits Humping

Although does do hump, it is for very different reasons than why males do it. I would still make it a priority to be sure what their actual genders are, at 6 months the risk ending up wading knee deep in baby bunnies is imminent. If you manage to make pictures post them here. Sexing can be...

    Rabbit Diet and Digestive Health

Really depends on your resources. I feed grass and weeds whenever available, hay, branches and and some veggies in winter, and they can forage whatever they find. Pellets on treat level to round off their diet. There 's more than one way to feed rabbits right, and it also depends on the rabbit...

Who has experience in hand feeding hay to your bun?

At the bottom of my bales there is quite a lot of small, flaky, leafy stuff, crumbled grass and weed leaves, some of mine love that and it might be easier to chew.

My rabbit hates me because of daily eye drops

Imo wrong way around - give the treat after everything is done. Always end whatever ordeal with something nice, their (and our) mammal brains rate the experience way less bad that way. Using the treat as lure makes him associate the treat with something bad. Makes a big difference when it is...

    Helicopters

AFAIK, the leafes are not toxic, but the seeds are. Every year some horses die from too much of the seeds, but horses seem to drop dead when you just look wrong at them anyway, if the rabbits are smart enough to not eat the seeds - which they usually are with toxic stuff (or they can stomach it...

Just brought a neighbours rabbits to a rescue..

Thank you for your responses. Really, that means a lot to me. I don't have many social interactions irl, that all was leaning out quite far. Tried to ignore it, but there was instant Karma backlash. We had pretty lose rules about alcohol at work, and for me it was very helpful to be able to...
