The Crafter and Artists Sticky Thread

Been busy making some cake toppers :)

I used to do tint dolls house items out of polymer clay, but these are as small as I'm comfortable with now

They are gorgeous!

I haven't tried my fimo kids kit yet, mainly because I'm worried about the smell it apparently causes.

Oo I like the 4 feet on floor guinea pig best Sara  Very cute! If you decide on making a range to sell have you considered onyx beads for the eyes? I made my wedding cake topper from fimo and it is so much fun :love:

Iv always been creative but haven't had much time over the last few years to do anything. Hoping to starting drawing again as I used to be good at people portraits so going to try my hand at drawing the rabbits! Everybody's drawings and painting on here are very inspiring :D Just made this...

I saw something similar in a gallery gift shop for several hundred pounds  so decided to make my own, handy that I had some willow sticks all ready dry and bug free  and I saved a nice looking twig from a hawthorn branch I'd got for the bunnies  Looks quite good if I do say so myself

love this.....:thumb:

Love the long tailed tit! how did you do it? The 3d almost makes it look like taxidermy.

I want a sewing machine that works.

Thanks! It's only small so wont be mistaken for taxidermy  I got a vintage bird book from eBay but it was too nice to cut up so I colour photocopied the page instead onto card. That's it really, put a background paper in, wedged the twigs in and super-glued the cut out birds to the twigs! It's an ikea ribba frame I think it's called, the inside part pulls out, so u can frame something at the back/use like a box frame or front of the glass, if that makes sense! So it was easy to create the twiggy bit then piece the frame back together.

Made a few new bits :)

Have a few still to photograph too

Also made these for Christmas presents this year
Some of the homemade Sugar scrub Christmas presents I made for family. All 100% natural ingredients. There's Mint 'cream' (like sweet peppermint/candycanes) with real mint leaf, Cinnamon and Nutmeg, Candied Citrus with orange zest, Passionfruit with peach rose petals and Blackberry and apple with red rose petals. :D All are also edible and good for all over the body including lips ♥

jooey doodle I love that necklace! I might have to get some shrinkydrink stuff myself after seeing that

thanks ;) this is actually the first time I've used it! Dd has had the Shrinkles packs before which have got the preprinted images on, but I got some plain sheets to have a play with - love it!

Aaahhh I love this! You could make all different colours...have a dutch family!

thank you! yes, am going to have a play with different colours, this was actually done with a brown pen but the colour darkened as it shrunk. ;)

Now that my brother has settled on a name for his baby I've painted the garland for the nursey window

also, I've started writing to some of the post pals kids, and I didn't want the little boy's sister to feel left out so I've painted one of the leftover hearts from christmas for her.

Here's a little drawing I made this weekend, for my friend's birthday :)

My boyfriend told me I could illustrate children's books with this art style. So now I want to write a children's book about bunnies
