Thea & Bobbin
Warren Veteran
Some of you may know that I have recently had to apply ointment to my bun's eye for a scratch on his cornier. Being a first timer and the fact that Bobbin is a fiesty little fella, this was an extreemly difficult task and for the first 4 days I did not manage to apply a single drop... even with two people!
When I returned to the vet for a check up I was shown a technique called the Bunny Buritto... it made me chuckle and it also saved my life!!
Many of the old timers probably know this already so really this is for anyone that has trouble restaining their bun for applying medicines etc.
I have compiled some illustrations with instructions to show how to keep your bunny still but calm. Like I say in the text I recomend doing this in a small area, one that the bunny doesn't recognise so that he doesn't feel he knows his surrounds and is less likely to escape.
Hope you like it, enjoy!
