I just wondered if she was getting stressed after you disappeared for a couple of days and then hearing a baby cry but not knowing where the baby was. I know when I took one of mine to the vet (before Covid) and there was a toddler crying in the waiting room he started thumping (Dylan not the toddler).

It's great news that she is coming home. The wind seems to have died down too.
