I have the first one you linked 
It's a good size for when my bunny has time on the grass, he's on the patio atm and the run attached to his hutch is too heavy to move. I have to peg the cover on as well as the grip things otherwise he'd jump out lol, same with Poppy, but we don't get any animals in the garden at all. Only birds.. Lucky
