I took Opal in on April 4th, she is a french lop that was dumped. She had a very large lump on her side 4"in diameter. I took her to my vets who thinks it is a fatty lump but said when we spay her he will investigate further and remove.
Opal got a runny eye 3 weeks ago so I put fucithalmic in it and booked her into the vets. The following morning her eye was a mess and the vet I saw said it looked like she had got an abcess anyway I took her back 3 days later to see our eye specialist vet who is almost convinced it is an abcess but only tiny, when he checked the other ey he could also see something that looks like the start of one. I am at the vets with her this morning so please keep fingers crossed that nothing as got any bigger and the penicillin as helped. I really don't want to lose her as she is an absolute gem and deserves a chance.
