Honey's op tomorrow - UPDATE NEEDS ANOTHER OP

Vets just rung and its reherninating and part of the gut is sticking. She needs another op next week.

Has your Vet mentioned the use of a calcium channel blocker eg Verapamil- to try to reduce post surgical adhesions ?

She's back. What has happened is she has reduced the hole but not enough so it is better than it was. She is going to reoperate next Wednesday and try to reduce the hole again. She is going to ring a specialist about a possible referral. I'm so worried poor Honey. At least she is really lively. I think they were glad to send her home. :roll:
