How is Grandpa doing today?

Grandpa has had a good day today
He is on a higher dose of Metacam and I have increased his physiotherapy.
He is eating VERY well and where-as yesterday he could not keep himself clean today he has done well and can even lift his bum up to wee so is not at all wet. I know he cant be made 'better' his problems are all due to his age. But I am very pleased to see him more comfortable
