So after 4-5 days of medication, should I continue the medication for 2-3 more days?
Personally I would do so but you need to confirm this with your Vet.
Please Note - Medical Advice
Please keep in mind that posts on this forum are from members of the public sharing personal opinions. It is not a replacement for qualified medical advice from a veterinarian. Many illnesses share similar symptoms but require different treatments. A medical exam is necessary for an accurate diagnosis, without which appropriate treatment cannot be given.
You should always consult your vet before following any suggestions for medication or treatment you have read about. The wrong treatment could make your rabbit worse or mean your vet is unable to give the correct treatment because of drug interactions. Even non prescription drugs can do harm if given inappropriately.
We are very grateful to members who take time to answer other members questions, but please do be clear in your replies that you are sharing personal experience and not giving instructions on what must be done.
Urgent Medical Advice: If you need, or think you might need, urgent medical advice you should contact a vet. If it is out of working hours phone your vet's normal number and there should be an answer phone message with instructions on what to do.

Sounds like the nasolacrimal duct is blocked. The Vet can attempt to flush it through to clear the pus blocking it. Then the eye treatment will need to continue for another couple of weeks. If the problem keeps recurring then the Vet might suggest taking skull radiographs to assess the tooth roots. If the tooth roots are elongated then unfortunately the eye problems are likely to be chronic and whilst the condition cannot be cured it can be managed with daily eye bathing and antibiotic eye drops if infection occurs.
sending lots of positive vibes for you and cookie .Was he getting any antibiotic?
Surely the eye drops he has now are antibiotic eye drops?Thank you so much
No, vet didn't give antibiotic eye drops.

I'm no expert, but I'd have thought considering he had/has pus in his eye, he'd have needed antibiotic eye drops, not those? (maybe as well as, but not just those?) [emoji51]No, we use anti inflammatory eye drops (NSAID)
I agree. Did he have oral antibiotic perhaps?I'm no expert, but I'd have thought considering he had/has pus in his eye, he'd have needed antibiotic eye drops, not those? (maybe as well as, but not just those?) [emoji51]

What is the name of the eye drops the Vet prescribed ?
I would suggest that he needs something like this, the active ingredient is Fusidic Acid
