I've been making some clay decorations and got round to painting one tonight, it's for my favourite customer. She always asks me about the animals

I was bored this morning, so decided to try some digital artwork. So here's a digisketch of Max, bear in mind it is intentionally animated

I got a sewing machine for Christmas and have set to work making cushion covers (already got three orders to do!).

This was the first full cushion I made (I've zero experience with a sewing machine, and had no instructions, just worked it out for myself)

Second cushion - already getting better....

First patch and zig zag stitching...

Front of mini hanging cushion - i cut the rabbit shape out and stitched it to the front

I only had small squares of fabric (ebay bargain) but have just had a delivery of fabric, to get started on the orders I've got to do

Thank you I looove pink and purple, and they're just the bundle of patches I got, but I have bought some pink and purple (actually i've got loads of different colours now cos i went a bit fabric crazy but i have orders to make some so needed some different fabrics).

I'm gutted that I've been busy and not made anything for a few days, I'm back at work now so have even less time, can't wait for the weekend so I can get going again

I'm a sporadic crafter...

Been at my parents for a fortnight and needed a project so decided to knit this:

I've never done circular or cable knitting, but it's easier than I thought! :thumb: Managed to get some beautiful deep purple merino from the local haberdashery (Aladdin's cave, same guy been working there since my Mum was little, you get the idea...).

Have a sneaking suspicion I'll be taking orders for these...

Iv always been creative but haven't had much time over the last few years to do anything. Hoping to starting drawing again as I used to be good at people portraits so going to try my hand at drawing the rabbits! Everybody's drawings and painting on here are very inspiring Just made this...

I saw something similar in a gallery gift shop for several hundred pounds :shock: so decided to make my own, handy that I had some willow sticks all ready dry and bug free :lol: and I saved a nice looking twig from a hawthorn branch I'd got for the bunnies :lol: Looks quite good if I do say so myself :lol:

3 of my friends have recently been pregnant, 2 babies arrived in Dec and one friend is due to have twins soon, so I have been busy!

Love the long tailed tit! how did you do it? The 3d almost makes it look like taxidermy.

I want a sewing machine that works.
