Mouse RIP

Toulouse got a mouse today, I tried to get him to drop it but he wouldn't.

I got bitten really badly by him trying to save little mouse.

Gutted :( :( I can't get it out of my head the little mouses eyes watching me.

I know it's nature for cats to do it but I normally save them before they die.

Scurry free x

I'm so sorry  Scurry free wee mousie. xxxx

I have a cat who is far too quick catching the voles and birds here. I've had to intervene often and it's seldom a happy result. I empathize. (((((((Hugs))))))) xxxx

RIP little mouse, you did all you could.

If it helps any, even if you'd managed to get him to drop the mouse there's a good chance it would have died anyway due to shock and the bacteria that cats carry. At least it was relatively quick.

Have fun at the bridge little mouse xx

I have a cat too and I've had to intervene a couple of times myself, like you say it's in their nature but it doesn't make it any easier to deal with.

I was out in the garden with my buns today and a little mouse, no bigger than an inch long, was hopping about for an hour or two... Needless to say kept my cat in.
