This is a nice vegan recipe website. http://www.parsleysoup.co.uk/

Leith's Vegetable Bible has a LOT of lovely recipes in it - veggie rather than vegan.

Rose Eliot's books are always good.

I have a Nicola Graimes Complete Vegetarian one which has lots of nice recipes in too.

Trying to think now, my mind has gone blank

Thanks Millions :D Want to get a list together. Only one's I have so far are The Kind Diet and Eat drink and be vegan and a couple of the Vegetarian Magazines.

I decided to go veggie and possibly vegan and some point but just taking one step at a time. I was veggie for 3 years in my teens and I need to do it again. I just cannot cope with the guilt anymore!

Webkath - lucky you!! :D Wish I had someone to test recipes on me! :)

Tilly - I forgot to mention the Kind Diet, I like that one too :) I have Vegan Cooking by Tony & Yvonne Bishop-Weston too - that was my first vegan cookbook I think.

Vegan Feasts by Rose Eliot.

Linda Majzlik does a Vegan Taste of.... series, which have different nationalities' cuisines. http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_6_13?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=linda+majzlik&sprefix=linda+majzlik They are basic with no pictures but fab value for money I think.

This is a good one too http://www.amazon.co.uk/Vegan-Cookery-Ryland-Peters-Small/dp/1845979583/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1303245066&sr=8-1

I'm a bit of a cookbook addict :oops: Its one of my vices

anything by isa chandra morozwits (not sure of that last spelling?!) are very good, simple tasy recipes from waffles to mains.
VIVA! is a good website for vegan stuff and it has a few recipes on.

VEGAN CUPCAKES TAKE OVER THE WORLD is my BIBLE!!!!! FOllowed by vegan cookies invade your cookie jar. Might have to buy new copies as they are so wel thumbed that they are falling apart!

Vegan Yum Yum is an amazing book and website! http://veganyumyum.com/

Vegan brunch is also good. I can't get on with Alicia Silverstones the kind diet. I like Parsley Soup website too.

I have a real urge to try and make a vegan egg custard! Am just about to make vegan quiche at 11pm at night whilst waiting for a fox cub to come in.

I have this one - not bad at all - I think it is aimed at students so it's really easy to follow as well.

Welcome back to Veggieland!
