How long after spaying/neutering?

Just wondering how long it takes after a doe is spayed until her hormones calm done and any aggression she had starts to disappear?
Jess is starting to be a bit of a cow  so i was going to book her in for next week to be done.

Another question whilst on the subject....................
Jeremy is 5 moths old now and my vets is 100% sure he is male.
Thing is he has no visable testicles yet and the vet said theres no point neutering him until you can see them?

Can i still take him in to be neutered at 5 months old even if his testicles are not visable?

I was going to take them in at the same time to get done.
They are currently living in the same dog crate but are seperated by a wall of mesh and come out to play seperatly.

Many thanks

The testes should drop between 12-16 weeks, so by 5 months, they should definitely have dropped. Take him to see if he can find them, otherwise he's probably a female. And also, if he is male, he shouldn't be a female at any time.

It can take a couple of months after spaying for the hormones to calm down.

sometimes if they are small, it can be difficult to see them.

I would take him to your vet and get him checked so that a clinical decision can be made.

with regards to spay hormones, all 3 does that i have had spayed have all calmed pretty much straight away. Alyssa was only done on monday and shes ok now.
You should expect signs of improvement usually within afew weeks.

His testes might not have descended yet, but they can still be removed.

Does calm down pretty quickly, after they've stopped being mad at you for leaving them at the vets
