Elderflower?

We have tons of little elderflowers ( de-stalked ) that we picked in the forest, I was going to make elderflower cordial, but I need ten times the amount:lol:. Can Vienna eat them?

I'm fairly certain elderflower is toxic to bunnies. Better make cordial instead
