Bonding Help

Hi,
We have a 3 year old male Nethy Dwarf who unfortunately lost his bezzy mate Henry 6 weeks ago due to illness.
We’re hoping to find a female rescue rabbit to bond with him and are wondering if anyone has any tips, help or advice for us.
However George is a bit of a dominant character so we are wondering if we need to try and find a submissive female?

If you can find a sweet female it would be great, but you never really know until you try them together. You don't want a timid rabbitas she might attack out of fear. At least the boys aren't usually as territorial as the girls. Good luck.

I think that your idea of a spayed female to bond with him is a good one. Do you have any rescues close by who could help? Perhaps even a very young female who would pose no threat.
