He did explain why at the time, but I think the main reason was she hasn't got dental disease from a poor diet. So her teeth are in good condition, they just no longer meet up. Also we can't keep having them burred every 3-4 weeks, its not fair on Pip. So the only option is removal. He said the xray won't change that outcome, which makes sense to me.
