Both of those are unfortunately too small. Minimum requirements are 6 x 2 x 2 hutch with 6 or 8 ft x 4 x 2 run. An 8ft run is recommended now, but it used to be 6ft. 8ft is much better, and they love the extra space.
The first one has a hutch of just under 5ft, with a depth of 1.3ft and a height of 2ft. The run is only just under 5ft, by just under 3ft so again too small sadly
The second one is also not suitable as although it's 6ft, there is only a very small sheltered area and the run is much too small. Some people have made these into a hutch by boarding up every side with wood, and then attaching a run - but in most of these cases someone already had bought the coop and they were trying to make the best of their situation. It's much easier and cheaper to get a hutch from the start to be honest! In addition, the wood on those brands of hutches tends to be thin, cheap and bad quality and they just don't last through bad weather. There are a few good websites/sellers which sell good quality hutches in good sizes, and they'll last well.
Happy hutch do a 6 x 2 x 2 hutch with a 6 x 4 x 2 run underneath. You can buy it on eBay (
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/350758325427?_trksid=p2055120.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT) or via their website (
http://www.happyhutch.co.uk/rabbit-hutches-runs/sykes-rabbit-hutch-run-combo-detail). You can buy an extension for £99 to extend the 6 x 4 run into a 10 x 4 run which would be a fantastic size (
http://www.happyhutch.co.uk/rabbit-hutches-runs/sykes-rabbit-hutch-combo-run-extension-detail), and that would be £269. You can always go for the 6 x 4 initially and extend it in a few months if money is tight.
You can get 6 x 2 x 2 with 6 x 6 x 2 run for £200 (

They also do a hutch/run all on one level.. 6 x 2 x 2 with a 6 x 4 x 2 run is £195.

Boyles pet housing (Daniel on this forum) do some excellent sized enclosures too:

The Hutch Man is also a newer seller but he does some good size pieces too.
All of the ones I mentioned should last a good 10 years with proper care and maintenance, whereas the cheaper ones only last a year or two really. It's false economy. Definitely worth spending out more initially. You can further protect the hutch by painting with cuprinol (or similar) and re-painting once a year. Lots of people (me included) get an offcut of lino flooring and lay it on the hutch floor, then seal around the edges with silicone bath sealant. This protects the floor from wetness and means it's soo much easier to keep clean. If the lino gets grubby you just rip it up and re-lay, rather than having to buy a whole new hutch or having to patch things up etc!
