Well done, that looks AMAZING! I'm sure you could have a few bunnies in something that size.big mesh
For flooring, we found that our local Handyman Centre had some big mesh sheets - really sturdy stuff, but with quite big gaps in it. The flimsy stuff looks so sharp under bunny feet and wouldn't be that strong either. But the heavy duty stuff is kinder to hocks we thought - so our base was made from that. Also it is big enough for lots of grass nibbling.

I used the left over mesh from making the rest and to cover the spiky bits I got straws and cut a straight line down them and pushed them over the mesh
