Positive update - I brought in his usual litter tray from the shed, as the one he has had overnight is a spare. The other one will have his smell on it. He has pooped!! And is eating some hay now. Thank you Jane for the prompt 
I'm just going to clean them out and then I'll try him outside with the others. But it's really positive that he's now eating hay and some poops have passed. I saw him eat a ceco too

Yay! I'm glad he has pooped! I'm sorry he's been unwell. It's great to hear that he's pooped and is eating hay. He's a beautiful bunny, by the way.

Thank you so much everyone! I feel incredibly relieved. I put him back outside with Jellybean, and the moment he ran out into the run, poops started dropping out like he was a bunny cereal dispenser :lol: He's eaten some brambles and definitely seems to be back to his old self, but I'll be keeping a close watch all day, just incase there are any changes.
