If the booklet goes well maybe you could try self publishing a book through a site like lulu which I've put a link in for. People could order the books directly from the site and then the difference in money would be sent to you. It would mean less time spent getting in touch with people to get them made and with lulu I believe the include an ISBN number so you could sell the book on other sites such as amazon aswell.
