Scruffy Rabbit - do I groom

I've had my two lops for nearly a year now but one of them has become increasingly scruffy over the last couple of weeks, do I groom him or wait for him to sort himself out?

He spends all day grooming his mate?!

If they moult really badly you can usually just pull the loose fur out in tufts with your fingers. It's just caught up in the other fur it's so dense. Otherwise yes give him a good comb. Wild bunnies would knock fur our wriggling through narrow gaps so pet bunnies don't usually lose it so well.
