Although Rimmis mum did not belong to me and she belongs to a breeder etc etc I am still saddened to discover that Meeko, Rimmis mum, has passed on.

Thank you Jane, I dount the breeder is really mourning her loss, she had kits at the time but theyre being raised by another doe....after what she did I dont know how she could ever think she 'loves' her buns

I finally heard what actually happened, the breeder left the hutch door open (and she has them stacked a few high....as she is a breeder) and found Meeko on the floor on her back..... they waited a while before taking her to the vets but there was nothing the vet could do, apparently she had a broken back Ive never known a bun to fall and actually land on its back apart from when the pets at home person dropped a bun on its back because she was trying to check gender......
