We have a beautiful black lionhead who we rescued from a very unsuitable home. We believe he is around 6-12 months old, he has been neutered and microchipped and his vaccinations are fully up to date.
It is heartbreaking that we are unable to keep him but we have 3 house rabbits who we are in the middle of the long process of bonding so unfortunately Ned is not getting the time and attention he deserves. He is also a little nervous and we would not be confident introducing him into the three we have due to the fact they are still getting used to each other!
He is a lovely little boy but as I mentioned, he is quite nervous although he's certainly calmed down in the time we've been looking after him. We suspect his previous owner was not so patient as he is wary of hands but he does enjoy strokes and kisses once you've earned his trust!
We'd like him to go to an experienced bunny owner who will keep him in the house. He is (largely) litter trained and generally well behaved! With some time and effort, he may well bond with another bun but equally, he does seem happy alone as long as he has lots of human attention. Essentially, we're after a bunny lover who can give him the time and attention he deserves!
We are in Lincolnshire but I would be happy to bring him almost anywhere for the right person/home.
