I removed the link and photos for that very reason. We don't condone people finding the woman because, once they have, what are they going to do? Most likely harrass her, which ultimately doesn't help and could get those people in trouble.

The best thing to do is to report the person to Facebook, explaining what concerns you have. I'm not sure if the police or the RSPCA would be interested or be able to take any action :? but it would probable be worth contacting them to see.
