an APH is no more likely to get fleas then a rabbit is, if anything they are less likely as they are kept inside and very very very rarely go out (sometimes they can go out for half an hour or so on a nice day)
APH are nothing like our wild european hedgies, they are a "man made" species , theres no reason why a domestic animal would be crawling in fleas unless it was neglected :shock:
