Right so you have a 3.5 foot hutch that is 1.6 foot deep, which gives you 5.7sqft, double that because you have two floors: 11.4 then lets take a bit away for the space the ramp takes up, lets say you have a roughly 9sqft hutch.
Now because you have an odd size hutch it will be a little harder to attach to a run, but it would just involve getting a 4ft run and blocking off sides a bit where it overlaps the hutch, shouldnt be hard. A 9x4ft run would take your hutch up to 45sqft, so rwa size.
OR have you considered putting it into an aviary or pen type thing? I mean something a bit like this, obviously not with the sheds though, and maybe smaller, and obviously with a run roof (the person who has this setup lives on an island where there are no foxes) you may want to increase the height of the sides for that: http://forums.rabbitrehome.org.uk/showthread.php?317244-picture-of-new-setup
lots of people have done it, but cant find their threads. It would be super easy to clean and you could just walk in and sit down with her which will improve your relationship too, and people can always walk in and out of it meaning it doesnt take away any space of the garden. You could also make it wider than your hutch, so if you do upgrade the hutch at a later date then you wont have to change the run, so it will save you money in the longrun too.
