Lots of bunnies

I work swing shifts so I do find it hard when I am on days but on nights I come home and feed them, go to bed and then get up mid afternoon and sort them all out. Cos mine live in a big group I think they're easier to look after - having 15 in say 7 seperate hutchs would be more work. :D

I have four pairs living in three sheds, and this week I'll have two more fosters babies for socialising that will be in a hutch/run combo.
I only work two days a week, and volunteer work on a third day.
I spend pretty much all day doing bunny stuff, from feeding first thing in the morning, to clearing out litter trays and giving all four pairs separate suoervised access to the garden, preferably 2 sessions for each pair. They have their tea around 6-7pm, and the giants will probably still be out at that time.
They have their final night cuddles and treats at 10pm, and they're usually locked in their sheds then.
The only time I leave them is between 12 and 2pm when none of them want to come out as they all like their siesta.
I spend about 70% of my time in the garden, or in the utility or kitchen on rabbit watch.

Thats a lot of work for bunnies! I bet its nice though, I wish my main job was looking after my bunnies, it'd be great!

So how much time per day do you spend doing the 'job' part of bunny care, By 'job' part I mean feeding, cleaning, meds water and hay stuff and sorting out who goes into what run/ room. Pretty much everything apart from sitting in front of the telly with a bunny on your lap?

I probably spend 10 mins on non cleaning days, and an hour on cleaning days, but thats because its done while dancing and drinking beer otherwise it'd take 20mins.

I spend about 2 hours a day with Jesse though shes out 6-10 hrs.

I spend about 2 hours doing all the cleaning anbd job stuff like changing water and hay. On my days off if the weather is good I'll spend probably a total of 7 hours out with the buns.

Is that 7 hours just with the rabbits, like just playing with and stroking etc? or is it tidying, sorting and building extra cute things? Or do you include using the computer/ watching tv/ reading with a bunny bitting at you toes for attention as 7 hrs with your rabbits?

My day starts with sorting rabbits, continues with sorting rabbits and generally ends late in the evening sorting the rabbits. I manage to squeeze in the odd meal and occassionally get the hoover or the iron out :lol::lol::lol:
