I found that my order from them was slightly damaged, so I contacted Lisa to tell her about it as the damage had obviously occurred in transit. She immediately offered to send me a replacement but I said there was no need as the damage really didn't merit it. However, this morning I recieved a little gift(for the buns) from them with a nice covering letter thanking me for contacting them and enabling them to look into the matter with the courier. NOw, that's what I call Customer Care.
