I can recommend Hopperhaven, my daughter boarded her two rabbits there a couple of years ago. Louise is lovely and really has a lovely set up.

you're not over reacting. Sorry that she's let you down, and I hope you find somewhere else suitable. If you decide to stop using her I'd suggest writing a letter detailing why.

^^ def find somewhere else...Id not be happy at all!
Also def. write why you have decided to change....what she is doing is not benefitting any of the animals boarding there. Glad you have a another choice.

Nope not over reacting at all, we do boarding only do a very very small amount at one time, we do it because we enjoy it and offer time with our bunnies, its not abt the money.....would never dream of taking on more......bunnies need watching and checking constantly.
