I have several female rabbits, all unspayed, and none are the least bit aggressive. They have a few 'hormonal' spells whereby they'll become territorial for a day or two, but they're not aggressive. They were fully-socialised as youngsters though, handled and used to being picked up from birth and I believe this makes a difference.
