I guess he is mixed breed.

Angoras have fluffy ears too haven't they?
I'd say mix breed. I've never seen markings like that before! He's gorgeous!

Yeah Angoras have fluffy ears and fringes, hes not an Angora - his coat is also no where near long enough - they have upto 10inches of coat!

I'd go more with the theory of him having Cashmere Lop in his background.

Hes gorgeous though! What a heartbreaker!

Couldn't he be mix breed between a Dutch and a white angora? Genes sometimes produce such unexpected results!

Are you in the US? He looks like a Jersey Wooly/ Dutch cross. He has the right fur for it, but the wrong ears, body type, and color pattern.
