Izzy is also a dental rabbit, and I mixed some in with her normal hay to try and get her to eat it because she's never really been very interested in hay, and she ate a lot more hay (the forage and her normal hay) I don't buy it all the time because it's expensive for her to have all the time but now she eats all her hay anyway
I imagine it's more tasty than regular hay so might help them to get eating it but it might have more calcium or whatever in (never really checked the bags but I've heard of other grassy hays having a lot of calcium in), they do herbage too, mine don't seem to have a preference
